Start with a conversation and a realistic search

We’ll discuss your goals, timing, preferred towns, and what you need from your first home. If you have not spoken with a lender yet, we can discuss that next step and introductions if useful.

Ask your lender to explain payment estimates, available financing options, and the cash you would need for your circumstances. A home’s asking price is only one part of planning a purchase.

Know what happens before you make an offer

I help you select properties, coordinate showings, and evaluate each home’s layout, visible condition, and fit. We can review comparable sales and talk through the offer process before a deadline makes everything feel rushed.

We’ll also discuss buyer representation, negotiable brokerage compensation, and potential out-of-pocket costs before you commit to working together. Bring questions at any stage.

Understand the work between offer and closing

After an accepted offer, there are still appointments, documents, and decisions to coordinate. Your attorney, lender, inspector, and other transaction professionals each have a role.

I help coordinate communication, showings and property access, inspection scheduling, and walkthrough preparations. You’ll have someone to contact when you need help understanding the next property-related step.

If you want to explore assistance programs, ask a participating lender to confirm current availability, eligibility, and conditions. Do not build your budget around an unverified benefit.
